Introducing Multiple User Permissions: Create Admin & User Accounts For Your Team
One of the most popular requests we hear from growing eCommerce companies:
“Can I create different accounts for my employees?”
Maybe you’re using a virtual assistant for listing new products, and someone in-house is handling the shipping and fulfillment process. You need a system for creating new users, and the ability to change or update their access.
That’s why we’re excited to launch multi user permissions!
Create individual SureDone accounts for your teammates or employees. By default we give everyone 3 accounts to start with. You can decide how you want to split them up amongst the team. If you need more after that, just let us know. We’ll be happy to work with you.
You have 2 types of SureDone accounts:
Admin Type: Creates and manages other accounts. Usually the eCommerce manager or developer will have the admin account.
User Type: Only has access to his or her account. Great for part time employees or virtual assistants.

Multiple user accounts are great if you have an in house team, virtual assistants or a mix of both. It’s easy to create new user accounts for new hires, and just as easy to suspend or delete them if things change.
